Once upon a time...I
only photographed landscapes...I actually made people get out of the
way because I thought that they ruined the picture.
After
enduring a photojournalism course at the University of Arizona ten
years ago, (and being "forced" to include people in my shots),
I couldn't stop. With their various quirks and personalities, I discovered
that people are much more interesting to shoot than just landscapes.
I began shooting
sporting events, which led to portrait work. Glamour photography followed
when I was approached by a colleague looking for a unique anniversary
gift.
